Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at wilkersonmspaulines23086@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 1-2 business days.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or clearance-marked items are final sale unless defective.
